We ship your order the same day or the next business day, using priority mail shipping for free. A tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can easily track your delivery.

What about Exchanges and Returns ?
Exchanges
- We exchange your ring to different size within 90 day for free (rings without engraving).
- Engraving your ring does not void any parts of the warranty but we charge $30 fee for new ring and re-engraving (shipping included)
Returns
- Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Engraved rings – once finalized can be exchanged for identical item only. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
